The Breakfast of Champions . . .
The day after Elijah's birthday party Jon was getting up with Elijah in the morning and asked him what he wanted for breakfast. Elijah replied, "train cake!" Guess the cake I made really stuck in his mind! It made all the time and effort worth it just for that . . . and it was a pretty sweet cake if I do say so myself. :)

Great job. I've been making our own birthday cakes lately, but they don't compare to that quality at all.
